My family and adventure give me purpose. Many executives and hard working individuals seek adventure, mindfulness, and a recharge. I find spiritual therapy of this kind through underwater exploration on a breath hold.I help folks get started in the sport, advance their training and assist with planning customized ocean adventures.It is difficult to plan a getaway or trip that fulfills a need for new and rich experiences and a sense of adventure and exploration.
